The event was organized in cooperation with the Service for Combating Extremism and Illegal Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (SPENM) in response to the Concept of State Policy in the Religious Sphere of the Kyrgyz Republic in the period from 2022 to 2026.
121 employees of district departments and the Regional Department of Internal Affairs (among them 13 female officers) got acquainted with the methods of preventing the radicalization of the population, preventing and fighting against extremism and terrorism, identifying external signs and behavior to recognize potential terrorists/extremists on the territory of the republic, as well as types of administrative and criminal liability for acts of extremist and terrorist orientation.
